Client Brief
A prestigious and tasteful development of 68 new homes and 22 apartments in Portsmouth.
We are proud to have been awarded this prestigious contract by renowned developers ZeroC.
Outcome
The project to build 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses together with 1 and 2-bedroom luxury apartments commenced in December 2017 and completes in February 2020.
The old Canteen has been sympathetically converted into a total of 42 1 and 2-bedroom apartments requiring a new full electrical installation by Powerpoint. New build houses encompass the Canteen building in various combinations or 2, 3 or 4-bedroom over 2-3 storeys.
