Russell Millard
Managing Director
Russell joined the family business in 2009 as an apprentice electrician. Since joining he has undertaken most roles within the industry from project management to estimating and preconstruction works. He also oversees the finances and the day to day running of the business.
Neil Fulton
Operations Director
In 2018 Neil joined the Powerpoint team, bringing with him over 15 years of experience from his previous tenures. Neil overseas our contract delivery and is responsible for the quality delivery of our works.
Dan Hurcombe
Mechanical Director
Dan joined the business in early 2023, bringing 28 years of experience in the mechanical industry, from apprentice through to Mechanical Operations Manager.
Rob Lewis
Bid Manager
Rob joined Powerpoint in 2023 to maximise our capacity to deliver combined electrical and mechanical bids on time and to develop client relationships.
Allan Wells
Business Development Consultant
In 2019 Allan joined the Powerpoint team, bringing with him over 60 years’ worth of valuable experience in the electrical industry.
David Norton
Mechanical Projects Manager
David joined us in early 2023 as a Mechanical Pipefitter and it soon became clear that he had skills that could be developed. He has now come off the tools to learn the role of Mechanical Projects Manager.
James Billinge
Contracts Manager
James joined us in 2003 as an apprentice electrician and worked his way up to project manager by 2014. Today, James is a contract manager responsible for the labour and procurement of multiple projects.
Mike Luker
Project Manager
The latest addition to the Powerpoint Team, Mike has recently joined us bringing his wealth of technical knowledge as well as experience of running projects for a Tier 1 construction company. He will also be assisting with the in-house design team.
Andy Metcalfe
Design Engineer
Andy spent 33 years as a Consulting Engineer, joining Powerpoint in 2020. Andy is now critical in delivering Powerpoint’s design process and helping us to meet the client’s expectations and specification
Paul Luker
Design Engineer
Paul joined Powerpoint in 2020 as a subcontract Site Supervisor. Coming in- house in 2021 to join the Design Team, Paul has brought his technical knowledge and also operates as Qualified Supervisor for NICEIC.
Andy Staines
Design Engineer
Andy joined Powerpoint in January 2024 to further expand the Design Team, whilst also assisting with the supervision of qualified electricians and delivering projects to specification and within time limits.
Anne Larkin
Office Manager
Anne joined Powerpoint in 2019. Anne is responsible for all aspects of office management including bid coordination, HR administration, facilities, procurement, management reporting, financial costing, health and safety training administration and accreditations.
Natasha Addis
Accounts
Natasha joined Powerpoint in 2023. Having a wealth of experience within the Building Services industry, including HR and office management, Natasha is concentrating her skills in developing our Accounts Department and has proven to be a great asset to the growing company.
Julie Richardson
Accounts Manager
Julie joined Powerpoint in 2007 and has been an integral part of the business since joining. Julie is responsible for ensuring all our sub contractors are paid on time, invoicing is accurate and correct and ensuring we get paid too.

We are looking to employ a qualified electrician for various electrical jobs within the company. This will range from working on new build developments, commercial refurbishments, testing and inspection, and also general small works including condition reports and maintenance.
- A company van and fuel will be provided for work use only.
- Must hold Testing Qualification (2391 or 2394/2395)
- Must hold current CSCS/JIB card. GOLD
- Must hold 18th Edition
- Must hold own tools. Access equipment and tester will be provided
Minimum 40 hours per week. Salary starting at £35,000 plus overtime
Salary: From £35,000.00 per year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
