Client Brief
Refurbishment of a commercial office including design and Installation of Electrical Services throughout the 31,000sq ft building to provide an efficient high-end finish for a future tenant. The building consisted of 3 floors and was designed for potential tenant areas. Refurbishment was carried out for a local Developer and client who has carried out many similar projects over a 20-year period working as a team to deliver high-end projects.
Outcome
Works consisted of new LED Lighting throughout the building, Lighting Control to the Office and core areas, New Local Split Lighting and Power Metered Distribution Boards, CAT A small power ready for CAT B Tenant fit out, Addressable Fire Alarm System, Disabled Refuge System, CCTV Installation Access Control System to all floors and reception, Intruder Alarm System, New Car Park Entry & Exit Barriers, External LED Lighting Columns and Bollards controlled by time clock and photocell, 7 Twin Electric Car Charging Points, Hook-up point for future generator and TV Distribution Network
