Tringham House Office Refurbishment had completed on time for one of our key clients.
Works consisted of:
- New LED Lighting throughout the building
- Lighting Control to the Office and core areas
- New Local Split Lighting and Power Metered Distribution Boards
- CAT A small power ready for CAT B Tenant fit-out
- Addressable Fire Alarm System
- Disabled Refuge System
- CCTV Installation Access Control System to all floors and reception
- Intruder Alarm System
- New Car Park Entry & Exit Barriers
- External LED Lighting Columns and Bollards controlled by time clock and photocell
- 7 Twin Electric Car Charging Points
- Hook-up point for future generator and TV Distribution Network.
